About Trinity U.P. Trinity United Presbyterian Church came to be as the result of a unique merger of three Presbyterian congregations: First United Presbyterian Church, Forest Avenue United Presbyterian Church, and Highland Community United Presbyterian Church. The January 25, 1981 merger brought some 500 people of the Presbyterian faith together in one congregation dedicated to the glory of God. Trinity United Presbyterian is an impressive church in terms of its physical structure, the faith of the congregation, and the strength of its mission program. We have enjoyed a brief but brilliant history. We look forward to an even brighter future, and invite you to join in fulfilling that promise. Celebrate with us through uplifting, biblically based worship, which proclaims the gospel and glorifies Jesus Christ. In preaching, singing, sacrament, and children's message, God's Word is meaningfully shared with all the members of our church family.
